REGISTERING you can sign up to our site in any way you choose, but once you've signed up please change your display name to FIRST M. LAST (in all caps, please and thankyou :3). as for the application, we use a freestyle application here but if you are having any difficulty feel free to message
LANDON. follow the coding, do not change anything. if you do, the result will most likely be a borked page - which we really do not want, do we? if you'd like, or if you must, you can leave a WIP or UF beside your application if it hasn't been completed yet but you have a week to finish it before it's deleted. also, if you would like a certain play-by then make sure to reserve them in the
RESERVATION section. make sure they are free before doing so, as we are not having any arguments over play-bys. speaking of which, all play-by's must either have a
CAUTION 2.0 page or be easily google'd. if the face doesn't have a decent amount of pictures then we CANNOT accept them.
GRAPHICS are not only gorgeous, but compulsory. here at
WE ARE TITANIUM we love to oogle at pretty pictures of your character. please keep in mind that we DO have restrictions on sizes and that all avatars must be 150x200 and all signatures must not EXCEED 500x250. nudity in pictures is NOT allowed here - minors use this site also and anyone caught using these will receive a warning and the picture will be removed without your consent.
POSTING we need activity. as much as possible! we highly recommend mini-threads as these not only stimulate inspiration but can also be used to play out small plots you have with others or for a small, important event. oh, and we do have a word count of 350 words minimum, not really that difficult if you focus.
THE CHARACTER before we have large rant, please keep in mind that VARIETY is praised. essentially, no one really wants a dozen of the same character running around. the same for mary-sues/gary-stews. nobody in this world is utterly perfect, give them a background or bad habits or even turn them into a total bitch! we are sick and tired of seeing one dimensional characters on almost every application. mix it up a little! speaking of characters, we have a character limit of three although if you feel that you could manage four, message a staff member and we shall check it out. also, there is also a rule of character positions, we want everyone to get a chance at experiencing different schools and so, for now only two characters maximum per school (this speaks for two females, two males, or a male and female).
CLAIMS AND SHIZZ after your application has been accepted, go ahead and make your claims. we run on a first come, first serve basis so if you run into a problem, just be the first to finish it. if two people apply with the same face, the first to reserve or claim that face gets it - it's fairer that way. no ifs or buts or two ways around it. if you're having trouble finding a face, pm an admin and we'll gladly help you - and i'm sure other members could lend a helping hand also.
ACTIVITY we are not going to ask you to log in EVERYDAY. but please, as often as you possibly can. this does not mean posting, only logging on. we know that a lot of us end up getting busy with school and such, so we wouldn't expect you to post everyday. however, over two weeks absence without an explanation in the absence thread will result in a warning. another week of no explanation and characters will be deleted and all threads gone, but you're welcome to join again.
